Privacy Policy

The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. When you use PTOmaxx, your vacation balance and holiday selections are calculated on your own device and saved to that device's local storage. That information is never transmitted to us and we cannot see it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us or submit a contact form, we receive whatever you chose to include — typically your name, email address, and message. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
• Basic analytics. We measure which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from, using privacy-focused analytics that do not set tracking cookies and do not build a profile of you across other websites.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

What we don't collect

• We don't require an account to use the tools, so we don't hold one.
• We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. There is no advertising on this site and no third-party ad tracking.
• We don't receive the numbers you enter into any calculator.

Local storage

To let you leave and come back without starting over, PTOmaxx saves your inputs in your browser's local storage under a single key. This is not a cookie and is not sent with network requests. It stays on the device you used, and you can erase it at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Using private browsing, switching devices, or clearing data will remove a saved plan.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add a service in future that requires cookies — for example, a checkout — this policy will be updated before that service goes live.

Third parties we rely on

We use a small number of providers to operate the site: a hosting and content delivery provider, a privacy-focused analytics provider, and an email provider for replies and any newsletter you actively subscribe to. Each processes limited data on our behalf and under their own terms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold very little, most requests are quick to answer. Write to privacy@lifemaxxlab.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top and note the change on the site.
